The easiest and fastest way to get help is by clicking the red circle with a magnifying glass at the bottom right of the screen:
It is shown on all pages of your app, and offers contextual help based on your location on the platform.
For example, it shows as the first option the Dashboard help when on Dashboard.

Email or Chat directly from the app
Just click on the help button at the top right and choose Ask.
Please note that we prioritize Chat for our SCALE and GROW customers.
